Pancakes for Sunday breakfast is more like a tradition at home. I see a lot of people buying box mixes for making pancakes I have never really understood the need for it. You can easily make the premix at home and use it to quickly make pancakes as an when you need.
In this post, we will first make a quick pancake premix that you can store it for as long as six months.
Whenever you feel the need to make pancakes you just whisk together some milk and eggs and your batter is read. This such a quick and easy recipe even kids can try making them.

Let’s start with the premix recipe first ( Make around 60 pancakes you can store this mix in an airtight container for 6 months )
